On May 15, Chairman of Kon Tum City People’s Committee – Pham Thanh Ha said that the city has a policy to build H’Nor craft village with a scale of over 123,000 m2, total construction cost of 21 billion VND.

H’Nor craft village was built in Le Loi ward, located in the south of the city, divided into 8 areas with each area focusing on a separate type of profession such as carpentry, welding, iron making. , granite, pig slaughter.

Currently in the city there are nearly 200 production and business establishments of handicraft industries concentrated in 5 urban wards and a few suburban communes with dense population. The construction of craft villages aims to limit environmental pollution in residential areas and affect people’s lives.
